Michael Panzeca & Larry Venturino

with Larry Venturino

Michael Panzeca Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and now calling Florida his home, Michael first learned to appreciate the power of laughter by sharing his spontaneous comedic, witty observations on the back of the school bus and in the classroom to deal with his pain and anxiety of being the smallest and the youngest Italian kid in the class from what he thought was the only dysfunctional family in the world. This skill of turning pain into laughter was later enjoyed and appreciated by the many people and families he helped during his career as counselor. What started as a coping mechanism later became a hobby and then a career in comedy after winning several contests and getting noticed by agents and bookers in the clubs where he practiced his craft. Michael eventually moved on from the therapy world and business of making people cry to the business of making people laugh until they cry as a full time headlining comedian entertaining at conventions and then clubs, colleges, casinos, condos and cruise ships for the past 15 yrs with his insightful, honest style of comedy. He also was Tony in long running theater show Tony and Maria’s Wedding, a regular on the the Ron and Fez radio show and a member of the improv troupe Comedy Sportz. He is currently the co host of The Mikey and Rimi Radio Show Michael knows himself and his audience and isn’t afraid to connect with them with his material or interactions with the crowd. Listening to Michael is like spending time laughing with an old friend or family member who knows all about you and what you think is funny about it all. Michael comforts the disturbed and disturbs the comfortable and leaves his crowds feeling better and wanting more.

Larry Venturino

Larry Venturino is a stand-up comedian living in Florida but originally from Rhode Island. He burst onto the Southwest Florida comedy scene in his mid-30s. He had already been married and, of course, divorced. Then, he adopted two kids! He's a middle-class white single father raising two Hispanic children doing his best impression of Diff'rent Strokes. All the while, Larry's pushing two decades as a social worker. He's seen the best and the absolute worst in people. When asked about reliving these experiences on stage through his comedy, Larry says, "This is therapy for a mind who has seen it all - triumph and failure, heroes and abusers, life and death."

Larry Venturino regularly performs at clubs and private events. No stranger to the stage, he was the frontman for three touring punk rock/hardcore bands. His brand of comedy is endearing yet intense while taking the envelope and pushing it to the limits. He has performed with nationally touring headliners including: Kevin McDonald from the Kids In The Hall, Dat Phan, Jim Florentine, Bobby Collins, Pablo Francisco, Kevin Farley, Preston Lacy from Jackass, Marc "Skippy" Price from Family Ties, Frank Del Pizzo, & Christopher Cowles.

His debut digital EP - "Do You Know What's In That?" was recorded on April Fool's Day 2017 at the legendary Laugh In Comedy Cafe in Fort Myers, FL. It is raw. From the clink-clank of silverware and bar noise to the ambient noise of a speaker or two to eruptions of laughter and groans - it's a taste of experiencing Larry's live show. Released in May 2017, it is available in digital media outlets worldwide including iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, Bandcamp, and the Laughly streaming comedy app.
